PEAK Climbing Method MP3 Downloadable Version

Download Instructions: Right click on the link you want to download, and click “Save link as…”. Then just specify where you want to save the file.

The MP3 download above is zipped to make it quicker to download, and so that all the tracks/modules are available to you in one file. If you do not have an unzipping software on your computer, you can download one by clicking Here. If you are having any trouble, you can download the Mp3 version of the lessons individually below.

FYI: Since many of the introductions were done live, while much of the teaching was done doing voice-overs, you will notice a difference in sound when we transition from live to voice-over in the MP3 files. Due to the way this training was filmed, it’s not possible to make the sound from the two different sources to sound exactly the same so I do apologize for that. I strongly recommend using the videos instead of just the audio below as the visual component  is critical to fully understanding the material.

Here are the individual lessons in case you aren’t sure how to unzip files and would like to listen to the material when you aren’t able to watch the video:

Maybe have a video for awkward hand holds (The less than normal or rare hand holds besides the pinch or jug) and techniques to overcome them.. For example at our gym we have a giant half spheres up one route. They are about the size of basket ball and kick a bunch of people off. I also noticed on the video you guys had a giant hold that looked like the texture of a gigantor lime green golf ball. Thank you for the videos. They are very helpful. =)
